Researchers Present at the ASME 45th International Conference on Ocean, Offshore & Arctic Engineering (OMAE2026) with ESOMOOR Support
With support from ESOMOOR, researchers from several institutions attended the ASME 45th International Conference on Ocean, Offshore & Arctic Engineering (OMAE2026) in Tokyo, Japan, from 7 to 12 June 2026.
The annual OMAE conference is an international assembly of engineers, researchers, technical specialists, and students in the fields of ocean, offshore and arctic engineering. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas on the advances in technology and its scientific support.
Supported by the ESOMOOR project, the following researchers presented their work:
-
Jonas W. Ringsberg from the Chalmers University of Technology
-
Shan Wang from the Instituto Superior Técnico, Centre for Marine Technology and Ocean Engineering
-
Zhilong Wei from the Technical University of Denmark
Their presentations were:
-
Life-Time Engineering Assessment Framework for Floating Offshore Wind Farms
-
Quasi-Static Design of Shared Mooring Systems for Floating Offshore Wind Farms
-
Low-Frequency Dynamic Response of Floating Offshore Wind Farms With Shared Mooring Systems.
The preprints are available on the Publications page.
